Shipping policy

We will make every effort to ship orders within 5-7 business days if received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday and pending credit approval. Contact our Customer Service Department via email or DM (Instagram) to discuss shipping times on large orders. Black Girl Coffee Co. LLC and any roasters within Black Girl Coffee Co. LLC will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of goods by the carrier or for the damages to the goods caused by the carrier. Requests for specific shipping methods cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is free for all orders under 5 lbs. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, fulfilled within 72 hours, and shipped within 5-7 business days with the exception of our BGCoCo Coffee Makers and Accessories.
